Who we are
Spec'd Out is a creator growth and sponsorship service operated as a registered DBA in Utah, USA. Questions about this policy go to hello@specdout.net.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, channel name and link, channel statistics, sponsorship history, goals, and any notes you add. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare your free teardown
- To decide whether our program is a good fit for your channel
- To deliver services if you become a client
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who processes it
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email provider. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 12 months, and client records for as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements. Ask us any time and we'll delete your information unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing hello@specdout.net. If you live in a state or country with additional privacy rights, we'll honor those requests too.
Age
Our services are for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
